Ezidische Frauenbewegung

Ezidische Frauenbewegung
Das Symposium ezidischer und arabischer Frauen in #Şengal# war ein Novum. Der gemeinsame Kampf gegen Femizid und patriarchale Herrschaft soll fortgesetzt werden, in Bagdad ist eine Folgeveranstaltung geplant.
In Şengal hat am vergangenen Wochenende ein Symposium der ezidischen Frauenbewegung TAJÊ (Tevgera Azadiya Jinên Êzidî) stattgefunden. An der Veranstaltung in der Ortschaft Til Izir nahmen ezidische und arabische Frauen aus dem Irak teil. Viele Teilnehmerinnen waren aus Bagdad, Mossul, Kerkûk und anderen Orten in das ezidische Hauptsiedlungsgebiet Şengal im Nordirak gereist, um über eine Zusammenarbeit im Kampf gegen Femizid und Massaker zu diskutieren. Für die Frauenbewegung in der permanent von der Türkei angegriffenen Region, in der die Wunden des 2014 vom sogenannten Islamischen Staat (IS) begangenen Genozids und Femizids immer noch überall spürbar sind, war das Symposium ein Novum.
Die ezidische Frauenbewegung hat am Freitag die Diskussionsergebnisse der Veranstaltung veröffentlicht und teilt dazu mit: „Die TAJÊ wurde nach dem vom IS verübten Ferman vom 3. August 2014 gegründet. Der IS hat einen Genozid an der ezidischen Gemeinschaft begangen. Am stärksten betroffen waren die ezidischen Frauen, weil sie unorganisiert waren. Die TAJÊ setzt sich überall dafür ein, dass dieser Ferman weltweit als Genozid und Femizid anerkannt wird. Damit sich dieses Massaker nicht wiederholt, organisieren sich ezidische Frauen unter dem Dach der TAJÊ und arbeiten mit anderen Frauenorganisationen zusammen.“
Auf dem Symposium wurde unter anderem beschlossen, die Zusammenarbeit ezidischer, arabischer und anderer Frauen im Irak für den Schutz und die Freiheit aller Frauen zu intensivieren. Für eine Folgeveranstaltung in Bagdad ist ein Vorbereitungskomitee gegründet worden. Gemeinsam soll für die Anerkennung des Femizids gekämpft und der Zusammenhalt unter Frauen verbessert werden. „Wir werden zusammen dafür kämpfen, dass die Gewalt an Frauen ein Ende findet und die auf männlicher Herrschaft basierende Mentalität zerschlagen wird“, heißt es abschließend in der Erklärung.[1]
