Die KCK verurteilt das auf dem #NATO# -Gipfel in Litauen getroffene Abkommen für den Beitritt Schwedens und weist darauf hin, dass die Einigung auf die Zerschlagung der kurdischen Freiheitsbewegung das einzige Zugeständnis an die Türkei ist.
Das Komitee für auswärtige Beziehungen der KCK (Gemeinschaft der Gesellschaften Kurdistans) kritisiert das auf dem NATO-Gipfel in Vilnius getroffene Abkommen und beschuldigt die türkische Regierung, „den Kurdinnen und Kurden einen neuen Vertrag von Lausanne aufzuzwingen. In der am Mittwoch veröffentlichten Erklärung argumentiert die KCK, dass Verhandlungen hinter verschlossenen Türen zur Verabschiedung eines neuen Konzepts geführt haben, das darauf abzielt, „die hart erarbeiteten Errungenschaften des kurdischen Volkes in den vier Teilen Kurdistans zu vernichten. Die Haltung und die Handlungen während des Gipfels seien weit über die Befürwortung der schwedischen NATO-Mitgliedschaft hinausgegangen. Alle NATO-Mitgliedsländer sowie die Europäische Union (EU) seien in die Pläne der türkischen Regierung zur Vernichtung der Errungenschaften des kurdischen Volkes verwickelt, so die KCK. Dieses Ziel werde von der Türkei seit Jahren verfolgt, sei aber bisher nicht erreicht worden.

Die KCK betont, dass die Einigung auf die Zerschlagung der kurdischen Freiheitsbewegung das einzige Zugeständnis der NATO sei. Die am Montag zwischen der NATO, Schweden und der Türkei erzielte Vereinbarung, die der Weltöffentlichkeit als großer diplomatischer Sieg präsentiert wurde, wird von der KCK als „Wegbereiter für die Kriminalisierung des legitimen Kampfes des kurdischen Volkes für Demokratie, Frieden und Freiheit, nicht nur in den vier Teilen Kurdistans, sondern auch in Europa und auf anderen Kontinenten bezeichnet.

„Die Unfähigkeit, gegen reaktionär-faschistische Diktaturen Stellung zu beziehen, oder gar zu unterstützen, wird sich negativ auswirken, insbesondere im Nahen Osten und vor allem in Europa. Es ist nicht schwer, die Folgen vorherzusagen. Für den Faschisten Erdoğan hat sich die Möglichkeit ergeben, die terroristischen Aktivitäten seines Regimes gegen alle Widerstand leistenden Kurdinnen und Kurden noch stärker nach Europa zu tragen. Das wird zu weiteren Krisen und Chaos führen“, erklärt die KCK. Der vermeintliche „Antiterrorkampf“ werde für die Kriminalisierung von Menschen herangezogen, die für ihre legitimen Rechte kämpften.

Die KCK verurteilt das Abkommen auf das Schärfste und betont, dass es ein Verlust für die NATO und die EU und insbesondere für Schweden ist: „Wir rufen die Völker Europas, die Frauen, alle demokratischen Kräfte, die Intellektuellen und Menschenrechtsverteidiger:innen auf, gegen diese schmutzigen Verhandlungen über das Schicksal der Völker Stellung zu beziehen und die Werte der Demokratie und der Menschlichkeit zu schützen. Auf dieser Grundlage rufen wir alle auf, sich mit dem kurdischen Volk für Demokratie, Freiheit und Gerechtigkeit zu solidarisieren.[1]
