الوفد التربوي يكمل سلسلة لقاءاته في ألمانيا

الوفد التربوي يكمل سلسلة لقاءاته في ألمانيا
التقى الوفد التربوي للإدارة الذاتية لشمال وشرق سوريا مع مسؤولين في النقابات المهنية في ألمانيا، واتفقا على تبادل التجارب بهدف تطوير الخبرات.
يزور ألمانيا وفد تربوي من الإدارة الذاتية لشمال وشرق سوريا، في ال 6 من شهر شباط الجاري، يضم الرئيسة المشتركة لاتحاد المعلمين في شمال وشرق سوريا نسرين رشك، ونائبة هيئة التربية والتعليم في شمال وشرق سوريا ديلبر يوسف.
ضمن سلسلة اللقاءات التي يجريها الوفد هناك؛ ألتقى أمس الأربعاء، مع مسؤول النقابات المهنية ونظام التعليم والتدريب المهني المزدوج والعضو في النقابات الدولية المهنية (GDB) Deutscher Gewerkschafts Bund ، توماس جيسلر Tomas Giessler ومع يورغ شرودر jörg schröder المنسق العام لتدريب معلمي رياض الأطفال.
تبادل الوفد معهما الخبرات حول العملية التعليمية والتربوية في المدارس المهنية، والمناهج وأساليب التعليم في المدارس المهنية بفروعها المتعددة، واتفق معهما على نقل التجارب لتطوير المدارس المهنية، لأهميتها البالغة في تطوير القطاعات المختلفة في المجتمع.
من جانب آخر، أجرى الوفد لقاءً آخراً مع جمعية Yekmal e الكردية في ألمانيا، حيث دار النقاش حول دور الجمعية في تدريب الأطفال في مرحلة رياض الأطفال بلغات متعددة ومن كافة الجنسيات والقوميات.
ركز الجانبان على دور الأهل ومساهمتهم في تطوير التعليم والعملية التربوية منذ سن رياض الأطفال.
تخلل الاجتماع أيضاً عرض مصور عن آلية عمل الجمعية بكافة لجانها والنقاط الأساسية التي يتم التركيز عليها من قبل الجمعية.
من جهة أخرى، التقى الوفد التربوي في شمال وشرق سوريا مع الدكتور في تدريب معلمي رياض أطفال، اندرياس برتولد Andreas Berthold ، حيث تبادل الطرفان الأساليب الواجب اتباعها في تدريب الأطفال من عمر رياض الأطفال.
وتم التركيز على أساليب الحوار وتقبل الآخر والتفكير الإيجابي والعديد من المواضيع ذات الصلة.
يشار إلى أن الوفد يزور البلد الأوروبي حتى 22 من الشهر الجاري.[1]
