Sirûda kurdan

Sirûda kurdan
$Sirûda kurdan$
#Renas Jiyan#
Çerxa Şoreşê” ji strana “Şervano” cudatir, bi her tiştê xwe, bi giyan, dirûv, gotin, meqam û hwd tam sirûdek e. “Çerxa Şoreşê” sirûdeke şoreşger e, welatparêz e, sosyalîst e, partîzan e, bîrdoz e.
Kurd dibe ku strana “Şervano” di pêşerojê de ji xwe re wek sirûda neteweyî bipejirînin, lê belê “Şervano” bi meqam, dirûv û giyanê xwe stranek e, ne sirûd e; ev yek ji bo strana “Şervano” tiştekî neyînî ye, bêşansiyek e.
Lê belê strana “Çerxa Şoreşê” ji strana “Şervano” cudatir, bi her tiştê xwe, bi giyan, dirûv, gotin, meqam û hwd tam sirûdek e. “Çerxa Şoreşê” sirûdeke şoreşger e, welatparêz e, sosyalîst e, partîzan e, bîrdoz e. Ev berhem ji salên 90î û vir ve hema bihesibîne di hemû meş û xwepêşandanan de bi dil û can ji hêla girseyan ve hatiye gotin. “Çerxa Şoreşê” her tim di nav civakê de bû, li kolanan bû, qîrîna girseyan bû. Ev stran/sirûd “qaxbû”yek bû li hemberî desthilatdariya dewletê, ev berhem “şûrkêşî”yek bû li hemberî çavsorî û zordestiya mêtingeran.
Play Video
Rêberê me ye partiya karkeran…”
(Gotin û Muzîk: Xelîl Xemgîn)
Stranên “Çerxa şoreşê” û “Şervano” potansiyela sirûdan di wan de heye, ji bo bibin sirûda kurdan a neteweyî namzetên li pêş in. Ew jî wek sirûda fransî “La Marseillaise” qala şoreş, şer û azadiyê dikin, ew jî wek “La Marseillaise” ji kirûyên civakî fesilîne û ji nava civakê derketine. Ev her du stran –bi taybetî jî Çerxa Şoreşê– ji hêla gel û girseyan ve ji “#Ey Reqîb#” bêtir hatiye naskirin û hezkirin.
*
Vê gavê “Ey Reqîb” wek sirûda neteweyî ya kurdan tê qebûlkirin. Helbestkarê sirûdê Dildar e û di dema Komara Kurd a Mehabadê de ev sirûd wek sirûda dewletê hatiye pejirandin. “Ey Reqîb” helbesteke baş e û baş jî hatiye bestekirin, lê tê de çewtiyeke dîrokî heye:
“Em xortên Mîdya û Key Xusrew in”
Mîdya (Medya) kurd in lê Key Xusrew Sasanî ye û Sasanî jî ne kurd in, faris in. Qralekî medan ê bi navê Key Xusrew tune ye, ê farisan heye. Navên hemû qralên medan ev in: Deyokes, Fraortes, Keyaksares û Astiyages. Ji bilî vana qralên medan nîn in.
Di sirûda netewî ya kurdan de qala qralekî miletekî din dibe –ku ev milet serdest û dagirkerê kurdan e– û pê tê pesinandin, ev nabe.
Ji bilî vê çewtiya mezin “Ey Reqîb”, wate û giyanê wê jî kevn bûye, divê di dema nûjen de sirûdeke kurdan a nûjen hebe. Her wiha gotinên sirûdê jî bê hêma ne.
“Em xortên Mîdya û Key Xusrew in
Dîn îman u ayînman, her niştiman
Kes nebê kurd dimirin, kurd jîn dibin
Jîn dibe qet nakeve ala kurdan”
*
*
Hilbijartina sirûdeke nû bi şêwr û meclisê pêkan e. Vê gavê li Başûr, li Rojava û li Ewropayê meclisên kurdan hene, ev meclis dikarin xebateke bi vî rengî bidin destpêkirin. Dikarin straneke heyî wek sirûdeke neteweyî destnîşan bikin, an jî dikarin ji helbestên heyî helbesteke baş hilbijêrin û bi muzîkjenekî baş vê helbestê bidin bestekirin û jê sirûdekê çêkin.
Sirûda tirkî “İstiklâl Marşı” bi pêşbaziyekê hat hilbijartin, ev tiştekî şaş e, sirûda kurdan a neteweyî divê bi pêşbaziyekê neyê hilbijartin, divê bi şêwr, xebat, kûrahî û zanistiyekê bê hilbijartin. Pêşbazî qîmetê sirûdan dixe, wan sivik dike.
*
Lê di mijara sirûdan de a girîng ne şêwaza çêkirina sirûdan e, a girîng feraset û pejirandina gel e. Baş an jî xerab, rast an jî çewt gava gel sirûdekê qebûl bike divê her kes ji wê sirûdê re rêz bigire, a girîng vîna gel e.
Lê di cîhan nû de ji bo gelan “yek-mendî” ne tiştekî baş e, “pir-mendî” baştir e; neteweyek çiqasî pirmend be, çiqasî pirparêz be jiyan û pêşketina wê neteweyê jî ewqasî xweş û geş û xurttir e: Ji ber vê, li gel sirûda neteweyî, sirûdên herêmî jî dikarin hebin; wek mînak, ger neyê guhertin, “Ey Reqîb” li Başûr, “Çerxa Şoreşê” li Bakur û beş û herêmên din jî helbest/straneke ku ew jê hez bikin dikarin bikin sirûda xwe ya herêmî. Her beş an jî herêma welat li gorî karakter, taybetmendî û ecibandinên xwe dikare sirûdeke wan a herêmî hebe. Bi vî awayî wê dilxweşî, demokrasî û kêfxweşî zêdetir be.
Lê belê di her hal û karî de sirûdeke giştî ya neteweyî jî hewce ye û gerek teqez hebe. A ku vê sirûdê çêke helbestkar û muzîkjen in û biryar a milet e, a meclisê ye. Piştî qedandina sirûdê divê ev sirûd wergere hemû zaravayan û li temama welat bê belavkirin.
Helbet gava sirûdeke nû bê hilbijartin wê temama gel jê ne razî be, ev tiştekî ne gengaz e, wê hinek jê neecibînin, lê a girîng piranî ye û avakirina tiştekî nû ye. Jixwe divê mirov bi awayekî teqez li sirûdan nenêre, dem diguhere sirûd jî diguherin. Sirûdeke teqez û bêdawî tune ye, ziman û hest û raman diguherin ji ber ku. Civakên dînamîk mayinde û xurt in, ên statîk dirizin.[1]
