ل ناڤەڕاستا سەدێ نۆزدێ زایینی سیستەمێ سیاسی و ئابوورى و کۆمەلایەتی ل کوردستانێ تووشی گۆڕانکاریەکا مەزن ببوو، ئەو ژى دەمێ دەستهەلاتا دەولەتا عوسمانی دەست دایە ژناڤبرنا میرگەهێن کوردی، ئەو میرگەهێن بۆ سەدان سالان نوونەراتیا سیستەمەکێ کلاسیکی ل کوردستانێ کرین و بووینە پشکەک ژ ئەقل و تێگەهشتنا گشتی یا مللەتێ کورد، تا ڕاددەیەکێ کو ئەڤ مللەتە دگەل حوکم و قانوون و فەرمانێن وان ڕاهاتبوون و ئەو ب تشتەکێ پیرۆز ل قەلەمددان، و دراستیدا ئەڤ میرگەهێن دەرەبەگی دکارین ل پاشەرۆژێ ببنە بنەمایەک ژ بۆ ئاڤاکرنا دەولەتەک یان چەند دەولەتەکێن کوردی.
ب ڕاستی گوهۆرین ئێکجار مەزن بوو، حوکم ژ میرى بۆ ئاغای هاتە ڤەگۆهاستن، و سەنتەرێ حوکمى ژ پایتەختی بوو گوند، و سەرایا میرى بوو کۆچکا ئاغای، و قانوونا میرگەهان (کو شەریعەتێ ئیسلامێ بوو) بوو قانوونا دارستانێ کو تێدا یێن دڕندە و بهێز لاواز و بێهێزان دخون، و هەمى ئەو پێشکەفتنێن دناڤ پایتەختێن میرگەهاندا ب جارەکێ بوونە هەلم و پاشکەفتن و نەزانینێ ب سەر کوردستانێ دا گرت!
