محەمەد مەلا مارف لە ساڵی (1902) لە شاری #سلێمانی# لەدایکبووە، لە تەمەنی پێنج ساڵیدا خراوەتە بەر خوێندن، لە حوجرەی مەلا سەعیدی زەڵزەڵی قورئانی پیرۆزی خەتم کردووە، چەند پەڕتووکێکی فارسی وەک: (سمایلنامە و گوڵستان و بوستانی شێخی سەعدی و دیوانی حافزی شیرازی) خوێندۆتەوە، لە پاشدا لە تەمەنی 9 ساڵیدا خراوەتە خوێندخانەی (ڕوشدییەی سەربازی) ، بەڵام ئەوەندەی پێ نەچووە لێرە دەرهێنراوە و خراوەتە خوێندخانەی ئامادەیی موڵکی لەبەرئەوەی تاقانەی باوکی بووە و نەیویستووە لێی دووربکەوێتەوە.
لە بەرئەوەی زۆر زیرەک و ڕەوشت باش و ڕاستگۆ بووە و هەموو ساڵێک بە یەکەم دەرچووە، مامۆستاکانی نازناوی (ڕەمزی) یان پێ بەخشیووە.
ڕەمزی پاش ئەوەی پۆلی چوارەم تەواو دەکات لە خوێندخانە دەردەهێنرێت و دەنێردرێتە بەر خوێندخانەی نافەرمیی و دەست بە خوێندنی سەرەتای زانیارییە ئایینییەکان دەکات، تا کاتی داگیرکاری لەلایەن ئینگلیزەکانەوە، ئەوجا پەیوەندی بە شێخ مەحمود-ەوە دەکات، زۆرجار گیراوە و تووشی ناخۆشی هاتووە لەلایەن دەست و پێوەندەکانی ئینگلیز و چەند جارێکیش ماڵیان تاڵان کراوە. لە حوزەیرانی (1927) بووە بە مووچەخۆر (تەمسیلدار) زۆربەی فەرمانبەرایەتی لە#وەزارەتی دارایی# دیووە تا لە ساڵی (1961) دا خانەنشین دەبێت.
لە ڕێکەوتی 18-07-1976 بە نەخۆشی شێرپەنجە دڵە گەورەکەی لە لێدان کەوت و لە گردی #سەیوان# نێژرا، شاعیر برێژی کاروانی ئەدەبی کلاسیکی لە شاگردانی بێخود (مەلا مەحمودی موفتی) خاڵی بووە، هەر ئەمیش لەسەر عیلمی عەرووز ڕابەری بووە تا بە یەکێک لە شارەزایانی ئەم زانیارییە ناسراوە، تەنانەت هیچ هۆنراوەیەکی لەکۆن و تازە نییە لە کێشەکانی عەرووز دەرچووبێت، لەنێوان ئەدەبیاتی سەردەمی خۆیدا بە (باڵ) ناسراوە تەنانەت پیرەمێرد بە (ملک الشعراء) ناوی بردووە.
