The Sindi Clan
One of the important Kurdish clans is Sindi clan and the Sindi Clan reside mainly in Dohuk and Zakho, and they own about 50 villages in all parts of #Kurdistan#, One of Their last famous leaders is , Bashar Agha bin Saleh Agha Sindi, The number of Sinde Clan estimated at 100,000 one hundred thousand people, And there is a section of the Sindi’s who reside in some of the villages of Sharnakh, and there is also a section of them who reside in the vicinity of Mardin. And This clan ruled the city of Zakho for a period of time, in the 16th century AD and There were bloody conflicts between the Sindi clan and Dusky, In the Ottoman archives, there is a document confirming this. The document was sent by the governor of Mosul, Rashid Beg, to the Ottoman Interior Ministry. The document says that 3 years ago, there were bloody conflicts between the Sindi and Dusky clans, and they attacked each other's villages and killed people from both sides, and we could not reconcile them. But recently, a meeting took place between them and in the presence of people of reason and opinion. Sheikh Bahaa El-Din attended the meeting and delivered a religious speech about reconciliation, and reconciliation was concluded between the two parties, etc. Anf the most important branches of Sindi clan are 1- Busy Agha, 2- Cheferme, 3- Malagmi,4-My gardener, 5- Mamsendini.
