His full name is Khairullah Abdullah Fathullah Kawes. He was born in 1961 in Ilnjaghi village of Taqtaq district of Koya. He graduated from Kalaki Agricultural High School in Khabat township in 1979-1980. In 1981, he joined the Kurdistan Workers' Association (KWK) through Ali Omar, a member of the Erbil Organizational Sector of the Patriotic Kurdistan Union (PUK). His pseudonym was Darbaz. In 1982 he was transferred to the Martyrs Auder Organization in Koya. In 1985, he continued his organization work with Bapir Bakr Bapir Audalani in Kawlan village of Ashti district of Koya plain. In the same year, he returned to the organization sector of Shahid Auder and joined Azad Mullah Ali-Azad Sarspi who was in charge there.
In 1986, he returned to the village of Ilnjaghi and joined the organization sector of the Erbil plain until the infamous Anfal.
He participated in the 1991 uprising in Koya and on 01-04-1991 he defended Koya with Hama Chawshin Ilnjaghi and Kawa Anwar when the Iraqi occupation army attacked Koya again.
He was a Peshmerga in the 84th Brigade of Markia with Comrade Osman Bani Marani. Later he became the deputy of Ali Mahmoud Ilnjaghi's sector. In 1992 he became the political leader of the brigade.
He later became a member of the coordination committee of Taqtaq village. At the same time, they formed the Taqtaq organizing sector of the PUK and started working as a member of the sector. In 1994, the organization sector of Taqtaq was expanded into a committee. He became the organizing administrator of the committee during 1994-1999.
In 1999, he participated in the 17th course of the PUK cadres. In 2000, he became a member of the second congress of the PUK. In 2003, he was put in charge of the Western Organization Sector of Taqtaq.
In 2004, he became a member of the 14th headquarters of Koya organization. In 2005, he was in charge of the 218th headquarters of the Iraqi High Election Commission in Taqtaq until 2009.
From 1999 to 2008, he was in charge of the agricultural guidance center of Taqtaq department. In 2008, he became the head of the agricultural department of Taqtaq department.
He passed away on 10-06-2022 due to a chronic illness.[1]
