Kovan Sindî nivîskarekî kurd e ku li sala 1965ê li devera Zaxo hatiye dinyayê û xwendina amadeyî li wê derê qetandiye.

Kovan Sindî Li salaLi sala 1984 ê dibe endamê rêxistinên nihênî yên PDK. Li çiriya pêşîn, li 1987'ê rêxistina wan keşf bû û gelek ji hevalên wî ji aliyê rijêma Bees ve hatin sêdare dan.
