Martyr Major General Waheed Kovli (2017 _ 1970)
He was the commander of the anti-terrorism forces in Duhok Governorate, and he also participated in many battles fought by the Peshmerga forces against ISIS on several axes, for example: telsaqof, Mosul Dam, Sinjar and others. He was known for his courage and valor in fighting and confronting enemies.
