She was born in 1973 in Sulaymaniyah and graduated from the College of Law of Salahaddin University. She holds a master's degree in general penal law from Sulaymaniyah University. She worked as an employee of the Sulaymaniyah court for seven years, then devoted herself to party work and became the first deputy of the 21st headquarters of the PUK in Sulaymaniyah.
In the 25-07-2009 elections, she was nominated by the PUK for the Kurdistan Parliament.[1]
