He was born in 1984 in Stockholm, Sweden. Originally, his family is from the village of Halakh in North Kurdistan, which belongs to the city of Mdiyad. They immigrated to Sweden in the 1970s. Sarhado grew up in Solentuna with his mother and siblings before Stockholm. He hasn't seen his father much because he worked for Med TV in Brussels.[1]
