$Biography$
Faraidoon Mohammed Abdulrahman, also known as Faraidun Jawanroyi and Faraidun Beg Wakili, joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces in 1968. He was a delegate to the ninth (1979) and tenth (1989) congresses. In 1999, he was elected as a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in the 12th Congress, in 2010 as a member of the Leadership Council in the 13th Congress and in the first meeting of the Leadership Council. He holds the medal of the Barzani.
Faraidoon Jawanroyi was born in 1950 in East Kurdistan. He is a secondary school graduate. In 2015, he was assassinated on the Erbil-Mosul road while on duty as a Peshmerga on the battlefields against ISIS. He was fluent in Kurdish and Persian.

$His Career$
In 1968, he joined the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces. Jawanroyi participated in several battles against the occupying Iraqi army and was wounded several times. He has received several ranks and responsibilities in the Peshmerga forces because of his skills and courage in his duties and activities.
In 1975, after the collapse of the September Revolution, he moved to Iran as a refugee. In 1979, he joined the Peshmerga forces for the second time.
He was elected as a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in the 12th Congress in 1999, as a member of the Leadership Council in the 13th Congress in 2010 and as a member of the Political Bureau.
In 1991, he was in charge of the first front of the South Kurdistan uprising, which included Chamchamal, Bazian, Darbandikhan, Kalar, Kufri and Khanaqin. In 1992, he was appointed deputy commander of the Kirkuk command of the United Kurdistan Army. In 1994, he was appointed commander of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) Liberation Army.
From 1997 to 2003, he was the commander of the Sulaymaniyah-Kirkuk command of the Kurdistan Army. In 1999, he was appointed commander of the three armies in Kirkuk, Hamrin in Garmian and the Liberation Army in Sulaymaniyah.
In 1996, he was awarded the Barzani Medal by Massoud Barzani in recognition of his struggle in the September Revolution, May Revolution, Uprising and Sovereignty Period.
In 2004, he was appointed head of the 12th branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in Halabja. In 2014, he was appointed head of the Khazir front against ISIS by President Massoud Barzani.
In 2015, he was assassinated on the Erbil-Mosul road while on duty as a Peshmerga on the battlefields against ISIS. President Massoud Barzani has sent his condolences to the Kurdish people on the occasion of his martyrdom.[1]
