He completed his primary and secondary education in the city of Daquq.
He completed his High school education in Duhok.
He graduated from College of Law and Politics, Department of Law, Baghdad University,
He has 16 years of experience as a lawyer.
On 09-03-2004 he became a judge in Khanaqin and Kufri, then he became the chairman of the committee to solve the housing problem in Sulaymaniyah, Kirkuk and Daquq.
In 1970 he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK).
In 1974-1975, he was a member of the high committee of the Martyr Leila camp of the Kurdistan Student's Union.
In 2000, he joined the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and became a member of the Supreme Committee of the Kurdistan Rights Defenders Union at the 3rd Congress in Sulaymaniyah.
He is a member of Kurdistan Judges Union.
He is a member of the Kurdistan Rights Defenders Union.
He was a member of the Congress of the Union of Human Rights Defenders, Judges and Lawyers.
He has contributed to several newspapers, magazines and publications, as well as writing two articles called (Diplomacy) and (Kakeyi Social Studies).
In the social field, he has participated in all reconciliations in his region and is a local figure.
He joined the revolution in 1974.
He was displaced to the liberated areas in 2000. He was a founding member of the Daquq district council and a member of the committee for more than a year.
He was often arrested by the regime.
