He was born in 1957.
He completed his primary and secondary education in Halabja and attended the Teacher Training Institute.
In 1976 he joined the ranks of Society.
In 1980 he became a Peshmerga.
He was wounded in the civil war in 1996 and went abroad to live in the Netherlands.
In 2001, he became a member of the PUK leadership.
In 2003, he became the head of the foreign headquarters of PUK.[1]
