Di 4'ê avrêla 2022'yan de Guneş li Stenbolê hatiye binçavkirin û piştî îfadeya li Midûriyeta Stenbolê hatiye berdan. Dozgeriyê bi îdîaya Propagandaya rêxistinê roja 15'ê avrêla 2022'yan doz lê vekiriye. Paşê ji ber Guneş li Stenbolê dijî Dadgeha Elezîzê biryara bêrayeyiyê daye, lê vê carê 32'yemîn Dadgeha Cezayê Giran a Stenbolê doz vekiriye. Di danişîna îro de dadgehê ceza li Guneş birî.
Guneş di dadgehê de diyar kiriye ku wî ew parvekirin kiriye, bi kirmanckî dizane lê bi kurmancî nizane, di gotinên stranê de çi hene baş tê nagihê.

Li ser vê dadgehê salek, 6 meh û 22 roj cezayê hepsê lê birî. Dadgehê bêyî ku jê bipirse biryar eşkere kir û ji ber berê der barê wî de tu ceza û lêpirsînên din tune bûn ceza taloq kir.
