ژاکان باران مەلەکشاهی شاعر و نۊسەر ئیلامی لە ساڵ 1983 لە شار مەلەکشای لە #پارێزگای ئیلام# وە دی هاتگە و لە ئوکتوبر 1997 وە خاتر تەسادف ئوتومویل توانایی ڕێ کردن لە دەس داگەو لەو ساڵەوە لە سەر ویلچر ژیان کەێ ، ژاکان پێش ئەوە لە ساڵ 1992 تا 1996 وەرزش وان کونگفو بۊە
لە ساڵ 2001 دەس کردگە وە نۊسان بابەت کوڵ و لە ساڵ 2011 هاتگەسە ناو #شێعر# و شاعری و هە لەو وەختە وە نۊسان شێعر ئعترازی کۆمەڵایەتی و سیاسی نارزایەتی خوەی دژ وە سیستم و دەسەڵات ئێران نیشان داگە دۊمای چەن ساڵ بۊەس وە دەنگ مەردم شار ئیلام و ناوچەی خوارین ڕۆژهەڵاتی کوردستان
لە ساڵ 2017 وە شروع تەزاهرات کێشەی ئێران شارەیل کوردیش وارد مەێدان دوون و ژاکان وە بابەت لیدری تەزاهرات ئیلام و تێران دەسگیر کریگ و ئڕا ماوەی لە #زێندانی ناوندی ئیلام# زندانی کریگ
لە ساڵ 2018 دو کتاو شێعری وە نام شلاق افکار و بانوای مرتد لە لایانن وزارت ئرشاد ئێران نواێ چاپ و بڵاو کردنیان گیریگ و ئڕا بار دووم دەس بسەر کرگ
هە لە سالەیش لە سەر وەرێخسن #فستیوالی شێعری خۊندەوان# کە لە لایان ژاکان بەرگوزر کریگ و 480 شاعر و نۊسەر و زوان ناس ڕۆژهەڵاتی کوردستان لەی بەشداری کرن دەس بەسەر کریگ
ژاکان لە هەوڵ دان ئڕا فرهەنگ و #مێژو کوردستان# لە سال 2019 وە خاتر وە ڕێخسن مەراسم #ئاگر نەورۆزی# وەشێوەێ کوردەواری لە شار مەلەکشاهی دەسبەسر کریگ و لە زێندان مەرکەزی ئیلام زندانی دوگ وە نیشانەی ئعتراز 15 ڕۆژ دەس دیگە بانگرتن و نخواردن نان وئاو لە ڕۆژ 18م زێندانی وە زمانت ئازاد گریگ
ژاکان باران دۊماێ 3 مانگ وە بابەت ئازارەیل مامورەیل ئتلاعات ئێران و هەرشەیلی ک لە خوەێ وبنەماڵانی کردگ مەژبوور دوگ ئیلام و جی بێلیگ و ئڕا ژیان پەڵامار حەریم کوردستان و شار #هەولێر# بیاریگ
لە ساڵ 2021 بەشێ لە شیعریل کوردی وە تەرجمەی فارسی خاتوو فرشتەی سەحرایی وە نام #سلول های نمور# چاپ و بلاو کرن و لە ساڵ 2022 کتاو شێعریگی وە نام #نیشتمانی داگیر کراو# لە حەریم کوردستان چاپ وبڵاو کریگ کە کومەڵیک شێعر وە زاراوەی کوردی ئیلامی و کوردی سۆرانین، شێعریل کتاو نشتمانی داگیرکراو ویشتر نیشتمانی و کۆمەڵایەتی و بڕیگ لەیانیش ئەویندارین
