He was born in 1893 in #Badlis#, Northern part of Kurdistan. He is from the Jibranlo tribe.

Ihsan Nuri Pasha, a prominent Kurdish activist, in Tehran the capital if iran on March 18 after being seriously injured in a motorcycle accident, he stayed in the hospital for a week, eventually he passed away on 25th of march.
The body of that outstanding leader was buried in Al-Zahra cemetery.
Ihsan Nuri Pasha is considered to be one of the most famous Kurdish leaders. He was an active member of the Khoybun Association and later the Khoybun association appointed him as the leader of the Agrı Revolution.
Ihsan Nuri Pasha completed a military course and achieved great victories in several battles.He had contact with Jam’iyat Ta’ali of Kurdistan. That association that was founded in 1918, He was also a member of Sarbakhoyi(Independence) committee that was founded in #Erzerum#. Ihsan Pasha was a prominent writer in the magazine Zhin, and he was the leader of the Kurdish uprising in 1924 in Baitul Shab.
After the collapse of the uprising in 1924, he went to Syria and then to Iraq with Khurshid Beg Hartoshi, Tofiq Jamili Mardini, Rasm Bagi Wani and several other officers. He was appointed commander of the revolutionary army in 1927. Ehsan Nuri Pasha showed great heroism during the Agrı Revolution. After the collapse of the revolution, he went to Iran in 1930.He lived a hard life in solitude in Iran in 1945 he started publishing in 1945 in Ronahi.
In 1960, he attended the congress of the Kurdish Students Association in Europe. Despite being a prominent military leader he was also a great writer and had a great experience in journalism.
