He was born in 1951 In Qaladize city, he has a PhD in organic chemistry and is a member of Iraqi parliament, he has published two books and he has translated two books as well.
He has a number of essays and scientific articles that are published in the national and international journals.
He has participated in many scientific workshops and has been working for more than 32 years.
In 2010 he was a candidate of Goran Movement for Kurdistan elections.[1]
