یاسین بولوت ناسراو بە شوکری سەرحەد, سیاسەتوان و ئەندامی کۆمیتەی ماڵباتی شەهیدانی پارتی کرێکارانی کوردستان بوو، کە لە ساڵی 1978 لەگەڵ پەکەکە ئاشنا بوو. سەرحەد لە 17ی ئەیلوولی 2021 لە گەڕەکی چوارچرای سلێمانی لەلایەن کەسانێکی سەر بە دەزگای میتی تورکیا بە دەستدرێژی چوار گوللە تیرۆر کرا.
شوکری سەرحەد بە ناوی ڕاستەقینەی یاسین بولوت لە شاری قەرس، باکووری کوردستان لە ساڵی 1957 لەدایکبوو، ساڵی 1978 پەکەکەی ناسی و لە کاتی کوودەتای 12ی ئەیلوولی 1980 لە تورکیا دەستگیرکرا و لە بەندیخانەی ئامەد زیندانی کرا، یاسین بولوت لەوێ لەگەڵ ئەندامان و پێشەنگانی پەکەکە، لە دژی کردەوەکانی دەوڵەتی تورکیا چالاکی بەڕێوە دەبرد، دواتر لە ساڵی 1991 ئازاد دەبێت و ڕوو لە چیاکانی کوردستان دەکات. ئەو بۆ ماوەی 15 ساڵان وەک ئەندامی کۆمیتەی شەهیدانی پەکەکە لە باشووری کوردستان کاری کرد.
شوکری سەرحەد لە کاتژمێر 9ی بەیانیی ڕۆژی هەینی بەکاتی هەولێر , لە گەڕەکی چوارچرای سلێمانی لەلایەن کەسانی نەناسراو کە دەگوترێت سەر بە میتی تورکیان درایە بەر دەستدرێژی گوللە و لە ئەنجامدا گیانی لەدەستدا.دواتر هەمان ڕۆژ لە مەراسیمێکدا تەرمی سەرحەد لە گۆڕستانی محەممەد قەرەسونگوور لە قەندیل بەخاک سپێردرا.
