دەستەی ڕاگەیاندن و گەیاندنی عێراق بە ژمارە 7/4/5/9714 لە بەرواری 23/10/2017 بڕیاری ڕاگرتنی پەخشی هەردوو کەناڵی (RUDAW) و (K24) لە سەرانسەری عێراق داوە، کە گوایە مۆڵەتیان نییە و بەرنامەکانیان هاندانی تووندوتیژی ڕق و کینەیە و ئاشتەوایی کۆمەلایەتی تێکداوە. بڕیارەکەشیان بۆ وەزارەتی بەرگری و ئەنجوومەنی ئاسایش عێراق و دەزگای موخابەراتی عێراق و ژووری عەمەلیاتی سوپای عێراق ناردووە.
سەندیکای ڕۆژنامەنووسانی کوردستان ئەمجۆرە بڕیارانە شەرمەزار دەکات، لە هەمانکاتدا لە نەبوونی بۆشایی یاسایەکی تایبەت بە ڕێکخستنی پەخشی ڕادیۆ و تەلەڤزیۆن دژی هیچ ڕێکارێک نییە ئەگەر مەبەستی ڕاستەقینە ڕێکخستنی ئەم بوار ەبێت، بەڵام زۆر ڕاشکاو دیارە ئەم بڕیارە بە پلەی یەکەم بڕیارێکی سیاسییە و مەبەست لێی سزادانی میدیاکانی کوردستان و هەموو دەنگێکە دیموکراتی و ئازادیخوازە. هەروەکو لە مادەکانی (36) و (40) دەستوری عێراقدا هاتووە، ئازادی بیروڕا و ڕۆژنامەگەری لە لایەنی دەوڵەتەوە گەرەنتی بکرێت و ناکرێ پێشێلکاری و ڕێگە لەو ئازادییە بگیرێت تەنها بە بڕیاری دادگا نەبێت، کەچی جێبەجێکردنی بڕیارێکی سیاسی لە ڕێگەی هێزی سەربازی و دەزگای موخابەراتەوە جگە لەوەی دەخالەتی ناقانوونییە لە هەرێمێکی دەستووری دانپیانراودا، ناکۆکیشە لەگەڵ ئەو پرانسیپانەی کە دەبێت عێراقێکی دیموکراتی لەسەر بنیاتبنرێت. دەستەی ڕاگەیاندن و گەیاندنی عێراق بەڵگەی چییە کە ئەو دوو کەناڵە لە بەرنامەکانیان دژی ئاشتەوایی کۆمەڵایەتی و چاندنی تۆوی دووبەرەکین، بەبێ ئەوەی ئەو بانگەشەیە لەلایەن دادگایەکی پسپۆڕی بێلایەن و بە بەڵگە و دیکۆمێنتەوە ساغکرابێتەوە، هەروا بە ئاشکرا دووفاقی و مۆرکی سیاسی بەو بڕیارەوە دیارە کە ئەم دەستەیە هەموو ئەو کەناڵ و میدیا یانەی عێراق نایبینێ کە لە بەغداوە پەخشدەکرێن و هەوڵ و تەیاری خەڵک دەکەن بە پەخشکردنی ڕق و کینەی تایفی و نەتەوەیی دژی هەرێمی کوردستان.
سەندیکای ڕۆژنامەنووسانی کوردستان، داوادەکات حکومەتی بەغدا هەوڵی بەرتەسککردنەوەی ئازادی میدیا نەدات و دەستەی ڕاگەیاندن و گەیاندنی عێراق لەڕێگەی ڕێنمایی و یاسا و کار ئاسانی کار و پیشەی ڕۆژنامەنووس و میدیایی ڕێکبخات، دوور لە دەزگای موخابەراتی و عەسکەری تایبەت.
