خەلیل خەیاڵی مۆتەکی

خەلیل خەیاڵی مۆتەکی
خەلیل خەیاڵی یەکێکە لەو کەسایەتییە ناودارانەی کوردستان کە لەچەند بوارو ڕشتەیەکی جیاوازدا خزمەتی گەل و نیشتمانەکەی کردووە.
دانانی یەکەم ئەلف و بێی کوردی لەلایەن خەلیل خەیاڵییەوە بەتاجی شانازیی سەر بەرهەم و دەستکەوتەکانی دیکەی دادەنرێ‌.
خەیاڵی ساڵی 1876 لەگوندی مۆتکی سەر بەپارێزگای بەتلیسی باکوری کوردستان لەدایک بووە.
لەسەردەمی گەنجێتی بۆ خوێندن چۆتە شاری ئەستەنبوڵ و لەوێ‌ خوێندوویەتی و دەرفەتی بۆ ڕەخساوە چەندین کەسایەتیی سیاسی و ڕوناکبیری بناسێت و لەچەندین ڕێکخراوو کۆمەڵەی سیاسی و کلتووری کاری کردووە لەوانە: (کۆمەڵەی تەعاون و تەرەقی کوردی، کۆمەڵەی نەشری مەعاریفی کوردی، کۆمەڵەی هێڤی،کۆمەڵەی تەعالی کوردستان).
خەلیل خەیاڵی سەرباری ئەوەی زمانەکانی عەرەبی و فارسی و تورکی و فەرەنسی بەباشی زانیوە، بەڵام زۆر بایەخی داوە بەزمان و ڕێنووسی کوردی و بەوتارو نووسینەکانی هانی لاوانی کوردی داوە کە بەزمانی شیرینی کوردی بنوسن و بخوێننەوە.
بۆ ئەو مەبەستەش ساڵی 1907 کتێبێکی ئەلف و بێی کوردی بەناوی (ئەلفبای کرمانجی) لەشاری ئەستەنبوڵ دانا و چاپ و بڵاوی کردەوە.ئەوەش بەیەکەم ئەلف و کوردی دادەنرێ‌ کە ڕۆڵی دیاری لەدارشتنی بناغەی ئەلف و بێ و ڕێنووسی کوردی هەبووە.
پیرەمێردی نەمر زۆر هاوڕێی خەلیل خەیاڵی بووە کە لەئەستەنبوڵ بووە و زۆربەی کات پێکەوە بوون و زۆر پێی سەرسام بووە و بەکەسێکی ڕووناکبیر و خوێنەوار و بەویقار وەسفی کردووە.
پاش خزمەتێکی زۆر بەکاروانی وشەو زمان و ڕێنووسی کوردی، خەلیل خەیاڵی لەساڵی 1926 لەتەمەنی 50 ساڵیدا کۆچی دوایی کرد و چووە ڕیزی نەمرانی نیشتمانەوە.[1]
