رۆژی 13-11-2016، ڕێکخراوی نێودەوڵەتیی هیومان ڕایتس ۆچ ڕاپۆرتێکی دەیان لاپەڕەییی بە هەرسێ زمانەکانی ئینگلیزی، کوردی و عەرەبی بەناونیشانی (نیشانەکراوەبه "X" وێرانکردنی ئەو ماڵ و گوندانەی دەکەونه ناوچەکانی شەڕی داعش لەلایەن هێزه کوردیەکانی عیراقەوه) بڵاوکردەوە.
لەم ڕاپۆرتەدا بە پشتبەستن بە کۆمەڵێک داتا، ئەرگومێنت و وێنەی ساتەلایتی باس لە ڕووخاندنی (بەمەبەست – وەک ئاماژەی پێکراوە) گوندە عەرەبییەکانی باشووری کەرکووک، دەشتی نەینەوا و زوممار کراوە.
راپۆرتەکە جەخت لەوە دەکاتەوە کە دەسەڵاتدارانی کوردی و هێزی پێشمەرگە، شەڕی دەوڵەتی ئیسلامییان کردووەتە بەهانە بۆ ڕووخاندنی ئەو ماڵە عەرەبانە.
هەڵبەت ئەوە مەبەستی ئەو ڕاپۆرتە نییە کە ئەو شوێنە عەرەبنشینانە پێشتر زەوی و ماڵی کورد بوون و بەهۆی سیاسەتی بەعەرەبکردنی ئەو ناوچانەوە هێنراونەتە ئەو ناوچانەوە و نیشتەجێکراون. بەڵام ڕاپۆرتەکە زۆرتر جەخت لە بنەماکانی مافی مرۆڤ و لانەوازبوونی مرۆڤ دەکات بەگشتی. باسیش لەوە دەکات کە هێزی پێشمەرگە بنەما یاساییە نێودەوڵەتییەکانی پێشێلکردووە.
ئەم جۆرە ڕاپۆرتانە ترسناکن و چونکە سروشتی بیرکردنەوەی خۆرئاوایی وەهایە، گەر بیانەوێت لە لایەنێک، دەوڵەتێک یان دەسەڵاتێک بئاڵێنن، ئاوا پێش هەموو شتێک کێشەی مافی مرۆڤ و پیشێلکردنی بنەما نێودەوڵەتییەکانی بۆ دێننە کایەوە و کاری لەسەر دەکەن تا دەگەنە ئەو مەبەستە شاردراوەیەکی کە خۆیان مەبەستیانە.
دەستەڵاتدارانی باشووری کوردستان دەبێت زۆر بە گرنگییەوە بڕواننە ئەم ڕاپۆرتانە و وەڵامی دروستیان لە بەرامبەردا بە داتا و ئەرگومێنتی بەهێز بداتەوە.. چونکە لێدوانێک یان بەیاننامەیەکی حکومەتی هەرێم نەک هەر بەس نییە، بەڵکو ناوەڕۆکی ئەو ڕاپۆرتانە باشتر دەسەلمێنێت!
