پەیمانی سەعد ئاباد
پەیمانی سەعد ئاباد
یەکێک لە سیاسەتەکانی تری حکومەتی عێڕاقی بەرامبەر بە کورد پەیمانی سەعد ئاباد بوو لە 8 ی تەمموزی 1937 لە نێوان عێڕاق و تورکیا و ئێران و ئەفغانستان مۆرکرا بەمەبەستی باشترکردنی پەیوەندییەکانی نێوانیان کە لە (10) ماددە پێک هاتبوو بۆ ماوەی (5) ساڵیش کاری پێ دەکرێت تاکو ساڵی 1942.
ئەم پەیمانە بە زمانی فەڕەنسی نوسراوە لە چوار نوسخە ئیمزاکراوە، هەریەکە لە دەوڵەتە ڕێککەوتووەکان وەرگرتنی نوسخەکان ڕادەگەیێنن، بۆماوەی پێنج ساڵ دەبەسترێت لە کۆتایی ئەو ماوەیە پەیمانەکە بۆ ماوەی پێنج ساڵی تر خۆبەخۆ تازە دەبێتەوە، تەنها لە حاڵەتێکدا نەبێت یەکێک لە دەوڵەتە ڕێککەوتووەکان پێش وەختەی شەش مانگ هەڵوەشاندنەوە ڕابگەیەنێت.
لە خاڵی حەوتەمی ئەو پەیمانەدا هاتووە (ئێمە هەموو پێکەوە، هەموو هەوڵدان و پێکهێنانی خەباتی سیاسی، کولتوری و کۆمەڵایەتیەکی تر لە هەرێمی خۆماندا دەوەستێنین و هەوڵی نەهێشتنیان دەدەین.
مەبەست لەم بەندەی سەعد ئاباد کوردە، ئەم شێوازە ڕەگەز پەرستیە بەبەردەوامی بەرامبەر بە کورد پەیڕەو کراوە، هەموو ڕژێمە یەک لەدوای یەکەکان هەموو جۆرە جموجۆڵ و بزوتنەوەیەکی سیاسی و کۆمەڵایەتی و کلتوریان لە کورد قەدەغە کردووە، هەر ئەوەندە دەسەڵاتیان گرتۆتە دەست ئیتر دەستیان لەو بوارەدا نەپاراستووە، بەڵام ئەم شێوازە ڕەگەز پەرستیە نەیتوانیوە بزوتنەوەی ڕزگاری خوازی کورد بخنکێنێت.
ژمارەیەک مێژوو نوسی ڕوس پەیمانی سەعد ئاباد بەتەواوی بە دژی جوڵانەوەی ڕزگاری خوازی کورد لەقەڵەم دەدەن.
