یەک لە ئەرشیڤوانە بەناوبانگەکانی شاری #سلێمانی# بوو. خاوەنی چەندین پەرتووکە لەسەر مێژووی سلێمانی، ئەکرەمی مەحمودی ساڵحی ڕەشە ناسراو بە ئەکرەمی ساڵحی ڕەشە لە #25-01-1936# لە شاری سلێمانی لە گەڕەکی #مەڵکەندی# لە #پیرمەسوور# لەدایک بووە، لە ساڵی 1944 چووەتە بەر خوێندن، دواتر لەبەر بارودۆخی سیاسی تا ساڵی 1954 تا قۆناغی سێی ناوەندی خوێندووە دواتر لەپەیمانگەی حساباتی بەغدا خوێندنی تەواوکردووە.=KTML_Photo_Begin=https://www.kurdipedia.org/files/relatedfiles/2011/34564/0003.JPG=KTML_Photo_Alt=ئەکرەمی مەحمودی ساڵحی ڕەشە=KTML_Style=width:25%;height:20%;float:right;=KTML_Photo_Target_Link=https://www.kurdipedia.org/files/relatedfiles/2011/34564/0003.JPG=KTML_Photo_End=
هەر لەسەرەتای لاوێتییەوە تێکەڵ بەسیاسەت بووە و زۆربەی ژیانی بۆ تەرخان کردووە ساڵی 1956 ئەرکی بەڕێوەبردنی سینەما ڕەشیدی گرتۆتە ئەستۆ کەموڵکی خۆیان بووە، لەبەهاری 1959 بەپیلانێک تۆمەتی سیاسی دراوەتە پاڵ و 45 ڕۆژ بەندکراوە و لە 8ی شوباتی 1963 دووبارە 4 مانگ زیندانی کراوە.
ئەکرەمی ساڵحی ڕەشە، خولیای کۆکردنەوە و پاراستنی کلتور و مێژووی شاری سلێمانی بووە ئێستا خاوەنی گەنجینەیەی گرنگ و مێژووی ئەم شارەیە، ساڵی 1976 توانی هەرچی نازناو (لەقەب) هەیە لەکۆنەوە تا سەرەتای شەستەکان ژن و پیاو بەجیا بنووسێتەوە و کۆبکاتەوە و بیپارێزێت.
ساڵی 1980 دەستی کرد بەکۆکردنەوەی زانیاری مێژوویی لەسەر سلێمانی، ساڵی 1984 بەرگی یەک و دووی لێ چاپ دا.
ساڵی 2000 پەرتووکی #شەوچەرەی شار#ی چاپ کرد.
پەرتووکی ئەلبومی شاری سلێمانی ئامادەکرد کە زیاتر لە 2000 وێنەی دەگمەن و بڵاونەکراوەی لەسەر سلێمانی کۆکردەوە.[1]
ڕۆژی #24-01-2019# بەهۆی نەخۆشییەوە لە سلێمانی کۆچی دوایی کرد.
