نەزیر عومەر - ئارام
لە ساڵی 1964 لە شاری سمێڵ لە خێزانێکی کرێکار لە دایک بووە. لەساڵی 1990 کۆلیژی کشتوکاڵی زانکۆی موسڵی تەواو کردووە.
هاوڕێ ئارام هەڵسوڕانی خۆی لە ساڵی 1988 لە شاری موسڵ دەست پێ کردووە، لەگەڵ چەند هاوڕێیەکی تریدا حەلقەی (التضامن العمال) یان پێکهێناوە و توانیویانە لەژێر ڕەشترین سەرکوت و زوڵم و زۆری ڕژێمی دڕندەی بەعسدا چالاکانە کارە سیاسییەکانی خۆیان بەرنە پێشەوە. لە ساڵی 1989 لەگەڵ هاوڕێیانی حەڵقەکەیدا پەیوەندی دەگرن بە ڕێکخراوی ڕەوتی کۆمۆنیستەوە، وەک ئەندامێکی ئەم ڕێکخراوە لەسەر ئاستی ناوچەی بادینان و شاری موسڵ چالاکی دەکرد. بوو بە سیمای ناسراو و خۆشەویستی خەڵکی کرێکار و زەحمەتکێشی ناوچەکە. لەگەڵ پێکهاتنی (یەکێتی بێکاران)دا هاوڕێ ئارام دەبێت بە ئەندام و چالاکانە بۆ سەراسەری کردنەوەی لە ئاستی کوردستاندا بەتایبەت ناوچەی بادینان کارەکانی دەباتە پێشەوە، هەربۆیە ناسیۆنالیزمی دەستەڵاتداری ناوچەی بادینان نیگەران بوو لە هەەڵسوڕانی ماندوونەناسانەی هاوڕێ ئارام. بەردەوام خستویانە ژێر چاودێری تۆڕە جاسووسییەکانی خۆیانەوە. لە ساڵی 1991 کاتێک بنکەی ڕێکخراوی ڕەوتی کۆمۆنیست لەشاری #زاخۆ# دادەخرێت هاوڕێ ئارامیش بۆ ماوەی 24 سەعات زیندانی دەکرێت، لە 5 ی ئابی 1991 لەڵایەن بەرەی کوردستانی شاری سمێڵ ئاگاداردەکرێت کە دەست لەهەڵسوڕانی سیاسی کرێکاری و کۆمۆنیستی گەڵبگڕێت. لەڕۆژی #08-03-1993# بەڕێوەبەرایەتی ئاسایشی شاری سمێڵ بانگی دەکەن و (سەربەست پاپیر) بەڕێوەبەری ئاسایش لێکۆڵینەوەی لەگەڵ دەکات. جارێکی تر ڕۆژی 23-04-1993 لەلایەن ئاسایشی سمێڵەوە بانگی دەکەن و بۆ ماوەی 3 سەعات لەژێر هەڕەشەی تەحقیق دا دەبێت لە لایەن جێگری ئاسایشەوە کە ناوی(عبدولستار حسن) دەبێت و داوای پڕکردنەوەی تەعەهودی لێ دەکەن بۆ وازهێنان لەچالاکی سیاسی و کۆمۆنیستی. هەروەها چەندین جار چەکدار چوونەتە سەر ماڵەکەی بۆ تیرۆرکردنی، دوایین جار لەلایەن ملازمێکی ئاسایشەوە بەناوی(فەرەج جندی) کە ئەندامی(#پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان#) ە هەڕەشەی کوشتنی لێ دەکرێت.
سەرەنجام ڕۆژی 25-07-1993 لەلایەن چەند چەکدارێکەوە دەڕفێندرێ وتیرۆری دەکەن و ڕۆژی #28-07-1993# تەرمەکەی بە سووتاوی فڕێ دەدەن.
