شیرین پاش دەستگیرکردنەکەی بۆ ماوەی (25) ڕۆژ لە شوێنێکی نادیاردا لە ژێر ئەشکەنجەی قورسی دەروونی و جەستەیدا بووە. پاش ئەو ماوە بۆ بەشی (209) ی زیندانی (ئەوین) ی تاران دەگوازرێتەوە، سەرەتا بە هۆی ئەوە وە کە زۆر ئەشکەنجەدراوە و ئەگەری مردنی هەیە بەرپرسانی زیندانی ئەوین ئامادە نابن شیرین وەربگرن، بۆیە ڕۆژی دواتر پاش سەودایەک جەستە نیوە گیانەکەی شیرین وەردەگرن و پاش دوو مانگ دەنێردرێتە بەشی ژنان لە زیندانی ئەوین. لە ڕۆژی (28) ی سەرماوزەی 1388 (2009) دا لقی پانزەی دادگەی شۆڕشی تاران بە تۆمەتی موحاربە و پەیوندی لە (#پژاک#) دا سزای لەسێدارەدانی بۆ دەبڕێتەوە، هەروەها بەتۆمەتی چوونە دەرەوەی نایاسایی لە سنوور سزای دوو ساڵ زیندانیشی بۆ دەبڕێتەوە.
رۆژی #09-05-2010# لەلایەن داگیرکەری ئێرانەوە لەگەڵ #عەلی حەیدەریان#، فەرهاد وەکیلی و #فەرزاد کەمانگەر#.لەسێدارەدەدرێت.[1]
