Hasan Agha al-Huwairi, he was born in 1791 in south Kurdistan, He deserves all appreciation, respect, and bowing to his great position, and he is considered in the position of Agha for the al-Hawiri clans, in addition to being a military commander for all the sons of the Yazidi religion, and evidence that he was a defender of his people against the lurkers and enemies of the Yazidis in the region and not It differentiates between all the Yazidi clans, such as the Danani clan, the Khalidi clan, the al-Rashkani clan, and even the sons of the al-Maskiya clan. During the reign of Hasan Agha al-Huwairi, the region was dominated by safety and protection, and the enemy was calculating a thousand accounts to build the Yezidis..in the region.
Likewise, he was wise in reconciliations and among the people of agreement, and many reconciliations took place at his hands, especially revenge and the Yazidi brothers fighting between them, and he had judgment and stories in reconciliation.
And the door of his house was open to all people without any distinction between them, and he was generous in his hospitality, and he always said that everything I possess is from God’s money, not my money, and even he used to say that my weapon and the sword that I own is a property in the service of the Yazidis. The mouths of parents and grandparents expressed his deeds of conciliation, hospitality, and leadership in battles against the lurkers and looters of the Yazidis in the region, where he was a very skilled sniper and hunter, and he has real stories about sniping the heads of the enemies of the Yazidi religion and stories about hunting wild animals and Many stories were written about his heroism, his wisdom, and the rule of the rulings of Hasan Agha Al-Huwairi in the region in general and his special services to the sons of the Al-Hawiri clans. He moved to God’s mercy at the end of 1866 AD..and was buried in the cemetery of Avdi Rash in the village of Derboun / Dohuk.[1]
