He is the son of Sheikh Abdulkarim Kasnazani. After his father's death, he became the Sheikh of the Qadiri-Kasnazani sect. He was born in 1938 in the village of Krbchnay in Sangaw district. After the death of his father, Sheikh Abdulkarim, he was appointed as the head of the Kesnazan sect.
On 04-07-2020, Sheikh Mohammed Sheikh Abdulkarim Kasnazani, the leader of the Qadiri sect, passed away in the United States at the age of 82.[1]
