Field of Organization:
In 1982, she joined the organizations of the PUK and is currently a member of the Bureau of Democratic Organizations and head of the girls and women's department of the Bureau.
She has participated in several training and organizational awareness courses.
She participated in the second congress and was a member of the congress.
She e attended the first meeting of the Iraqi National Assembly elections.
She was a member of the High Committee for the Preparation of the Congress of the PUK.
Member of the Preparatory Committee of the Plenum of PUK.
Participation in the Social Democratic Training Course in Sweden.
She has supervised the organization of five regional conferences in the Kurdistan Region on strengthening the position of women in decision-making centers.
Organizational and civil society:
In 1994, she was the founder of the Kurdistan Children's Nursery (KCN).
Member of the Joint Network of Women's Organizations and Civil Society.
Representative of Iraqi Children's Rights Network for (4) years.
She participated in the development of human rights programs for both primary and secondary schools with the participation of the Ministry of Education and NPA, which is now taught in schools.
She participated in the development of the book “Teacher's Guide” for the human rights curriculum for primary and secondary schools with the Ministry of Education and NPA.
She has participated in several projects and program development with organizations (ndi-iri-uneief-scuk-npa) and local organizations.
Member of the Education Reform Group with the Ministry of Education.
She has conducted several lectures and workshops in the fields of human rights, children's rights and women's rights, organizational work and political participation in the Kurdistan Region.
Training courses:
She has participated in several training courses inside and outside the country in terms of (strategic planning - human rights and children's rights, monitoring and evaluation, identifying the impact of projects and programs - children's rights policy and programming - networking).
Expertise and experience:
Lecturer in the fields of (Children's Rights, Human Rights, Women, Organizational Work and Political Participation).
Drafting programs and projects.
Networking.
Monitoring and evaluation.
She has given several television and radio interviews in various fields (education, women, youth, political participation, etc.).
She has supervised the drafting of several programs and conferences in the fields of political empowerment of education (Dialogue Conference Program - Empowering the Role of Youth and Women Project).
Acknowledgments and Honors:
She has been recognized by British Child Protection, Norwegian Nation, Mercy Korea and the Ministry of Education for her work.
Awarded by the Federation of Iraqi and Kurdistan Associations and Organizations on (07-01-2009).
She was awarded the Honorary Award for Active Woman by Sulaymaniyah Cultural Directorate on March 8,
Kurdistan Alliance candidate in Sulaymaniyah province for the 2010 Iraqi parliamentary elections.[1]
