2- Playing an effective role in the idea and construction of colleges in Kirkuk and providing all facilities for the construction of these colleges, such as the College of Management and Economics and the College of Agriculture with the construction of several halls and laboratories in Kirkuk colleges.
3- An important role in coordination with the relevant parties, whether through higher education or through the Presidency of Kirkuk University to return Kirkuk students who were admitted to the universities (Mosul and Tikrit), whether by transferring them, or hosting in Kirkuk universities.
4- An effective role in nullifying the decision of the Baghdad Ministry of Education to remove the Kurdish language education in the Kirkuk Teachers Institute in cooperation with the Education and Higher Education Committee in the Iraqi Parliament.
5- An effective role for the return of many Kurdish teachers to southern Kirkuk in a very unsettled and dangerous time to Kirkuk.
6- Coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education of the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Kurdistan Parliament to return or assign Kirkuk teachers from the Kurdistan Regional University to Kirkuk University in the interest of Kurdish students in Kirkuk.

Advocate for the return of the evening teaching system in Kirkuk University like other Iraqi cities.
More than 6184 teachers and education supervisors in Kirkuk have returned to the Ministry of Education in the federal government.
Candidate of the Kurdistan Alliance list in Kirkuk province for the 2010 Iraqi parliamentary elections.[1]
