He was born in Dowz in the city of Kirkuk in the year 1952.
Occupation: He is an Assistant Professor and a Lecturer in the Department of Kurdish Language, College of Education, Ibn Rushd, Baghdad University.

He has participated in many scientific types of research, literary conferences, and festivals.

Member of the Iraqi Translation Association.
He has four books, including a program book, which is in the curriculum of the Department of Kurdish Language in the College of Education (Ibn Rushd), Baghdad University.
He has published more than 500 articles and research papers in newspapers and magazines in Baghdad and Kurdistan.
He taught at Khanaqin College of Arts, Sulaimani University College of Languages, and Baghdad University.
He has supervised several MA letters.
He has participated in the discussion of several masters and doctoral theses.

He has been awarded 13 certificates of appreciation in the institutions where he has worked.
He was sentenced to death in 1986 during the Sadam Husayn regime. He was imprisoned for seven months and then granted a general amnesty.
