He was born in Kalar in 1962, he got a bachelor degree on history in the university of Baghdad, then he got his master degree in history in Arabiya University in Beirut, now he is a PhD student in Azadi University in Sanandaj, he is married and has 4 childrens.

His Jobs:
He has been a teacher and school principle.
After the Iraq freedom operation, he founded and became the director of the Khanaqin’s education administration. He stopped the Arabization process in Khanaqin and changed the education system’s language to Kurdish, He was a member of the Khanaqin cities council and a member of Diyala government’s council, he was vice president of Diyala education and learning committee, he was the director of education administration of the ministry of education in #Sulaymaniyah#.

His political activities:
In 1979 he joined PUK.
In 1981 due to political activities he was imprisoned.
In 1982 he participated in the protests of the students in Sulyamaniyah.
In 1983 he formed the Kurdistan Teacher’s Council in Garmiyan and was the head of the teachers inside the city.
In 1982 he was imprisoned in Sulaymaniyah.
In 1986 an order for his imprisonment was released.
According to the documents he found in Diyala security 3 times there had been orders for his imprisonment, he lived secretly until 1991.
In 1989 there was another order to imprison him from the militaries intelligence agencies.
In 1991 he was one of the people that led the Kurdish uprising in 1991 in Kalar.
In 2003 he participated in the freedom operation of Khanaqin and Jalawla.

Projects:
Participation in 2007 education congress most of his suggestions became part of the manual of the ministry of education.
Writing a book under the name (some Reform Projects in Education).
Opening of some administration in the ministry of education.
Opening of 3 high schools in all the three cities of Kurdistan under the name (The College for talented people) that are helping in development of talented students.
Development of private education.
Development of some clerks in the ministry of education.
Opening toward media and becoming more transparent.

Participated in the following courses:-
An IT course in south Korea.
A course for development of the German language studies in Germany.
A course for introduction into private education in turkey.
A course for exchanging information between the Kurdistan schools, and those schools that are in the border of British intellectual council in Turkey.
A course in higher administration and management in the ministry of education.
A course for training the teachers in Britain.
A course in management and human development in Sulaymaniyah.
Participation in the course of (القیادە والاتێالات المتگورە والترکیز علی اتخاژ القرارات) in Erbil.
A course in planning and management in Jordan ( Aqaba).
A course for strategic planning in Joran (Amman).
A course in management by UNICEF in Jordan ( Dead Sea).
A course for development a plan in occupational education in Turkey.
Two courses for implementation of occupational education in Erbil with the help of British intellectual council.
He was a candidate in The Kurdistan Alliance list for 2010 Iraqi election and he was elected and became a member of parliament.[1]
