The file consists of a letter, telegrams, report, notes and maps exchanged between Francis Anthony Kitchener Harrison of the India Office and W. Dr.. Munsell-Davis from the Ministry of Fuel and Energy regarding the visit of Dr. Nuttall to the Middle East. Dr. Nuttall visited several oil companies and oil fields as a technical advisor on behalf of Petroleum department. Attached to the file is a report and map prepared by Dr. Nuttall after his visit. The visit included Stops in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Kirkuk.
