 Born in 1964 the Halabjah – Sulaymaniyah .
 I graduated at Mosul of University , College of Law 1989-1990.
 I worked as the lawyer in Baghdad for 13 years, from 1991 until 2004.
 Date of appointment as judge: 13/03/2004 at civil status directorate of Halabjah court.
 Upon the establishment of the Iraqi High Criminal Court and their need for judges and prosecutors and felt this important national judicial and participated in two courses of judicial training in UK and Italy, and attended in so many lectures about international criminal laws.
 First worked as investigating judge on the Anfal case.
Then appointed as criminal judge member in the second criminal court of Halabjah chemical attack ,(Kurdish faily), and Friday praying issue on the year (1999), the assassination of the Iraqi opposition person (TALIB AL- SUHAIL), they attended in most of the meetings of judging hanged businessman and religious parties.
 I was a appointed in his position as a head of criminal court in the case Barzanian , uprising in 1991 in the second part and i have issued decision in many sporadic cases of the other accused as I was the head of court.
 I worked impartially and at that time I met Mr. Jalal Talabani and Masoud Barzani, and both praised and appreciated my role as a member and head of the court and applied professionalism, transparency and the ensured me to be fair, independent and impartial.
 On 03/01/2012, All the judges had been retired at the end of the year (2011), by the republic decree from high judicial council because of having political attacks upon the Iraq criminal high court and solving most of the special issues of old Region board and connecting to the high judicial council and because of scaring the live of the judges and all the threatens from Baathists and because of removing freedom in the high judicial council.
 After being retired he promised and he worked as the volunteer for the Anfal victims, Kurdish faily, Halabjah, Barzanin family, and some other people, he worked actively in the genocide against humanity without any help from governmental or politician.
He joint some meetings , congress , and seminars in inside and outside of Iraq, participated in most of the organization congresses and international parliament, he met in charge of United Kingdom parliament, United Nation in Swis and European Union parliament and some other countries such as France, Holland, Sweden, Austria, Finland, Belgium, Australia, UK and USA.
At the time of ISIS attacks against Kurdish Yazeedi , Christians ,Shabak, Kakaee, Spaikr military camp crime Abu Al-namr worked in the inside and outside of Iraq as the activist and called this crime as the genocide.
 On the February of the year (2016) by the SADRY party as the independence judge of Kurdistan especially and of Iraq generally he had been chosen, he was a member of the committee which was specialized to elect technocrat ministers , and this participation became a proud certificate to him, that he had been chosen as the member to develop nowadays situation of Iraq that it needs growth and must be rescued from corruption, he supports any one and politician parties who asks for development and stand against corruption.
