ئەمڕۆ 16/10 لە دیوانی #وەزارەتی پێشمەرگە# بەسەرپەرشتی کەریم شنگالی، وەزیری پێشمەرگە بەوەکالەت کۆبوونەوەی فراوانی هاوپەیمانێتیی نێودەوڵەتی بەڕێوەچوو.
لە کۆبوونەوەکەدا وەزیری پێشمەرگە پوختەییەکی سەبارەت بە ڕووداوەکانی دوێنێ شەوی باشووری #کەرکووک# بۆ ئامادەبووان باسکرد و ڕوونیکردەوە کە ئەمە پلانی هێرشکاری و دوژمنکارانەی #حەشدی شەعبی# و سوپا و پۆلیسی ئیتیحادی عێراقە لەدژی خەڵکی کوردستان و ئه و ئارامی و ئاسایشەی کە لەسایەییدا تەواوی پێکهاتە جیاوازەکان و ئاوارەکانی باشوور و ناوەڕاستی عێراق حەوابوونەوە.
وەزیری پێشمەرگە ڕاشیگەیاند کە حەشدی شەعبی و سوپا به ‌چەکی پێشکەوتووی هاوپەیمانان جارێکی دیکە هێرشی سەر ناوچە کورد نشینان و باشووری کەرکووک دەکەن و هیچ بەهایەکیان بۆ سەروەری و یەکڕیزی خاک و گەلی عێراق نەهێشتەوە، ئەمە لەکاتێکدایە کە بۆخۆیان بەردەوام باس لە پێشێلکردنی دەستوور و پێکەوەژیان لە وڵاتەدا دەکەن.
هەروەها دووپاتیکردەوە کە هێزی پێشمەرگەی کوردستان چیتر بێدەنگ نابێت و لە بەرگریکردن لەخاک و خەڵکی کوردستان درێغی ناکات، جاڕدانی ئەم جەنگەش دەکەوێتە ئەستۆی حکومەت و فەرماندە سەربازییەکانی عێراق و ئەوانەشی کە پاڵپشتیان دەکەن.
له ‌بەشێکی دیکەی کۆبوونەوەکەدا وەزیری پێشمەرگە نیگەرانی دەربڕی به و بڕیارانەی کۆماری ئیسلامی ئێران بە داخستنی سنوورەکان، ئەم هەڵوێستەشی بە گەمارۆی سەر خەڵکی کوردستان ناوبرد، هەروەها داواشی کرد کە حکومەتی عێراقی هەوڵ بدەن لە ڕێگای گفتوگۆوە کێشە سیاسییەکانیان لەگەڵ هەرێم چارەسەر بکەن ئەگەرنا ئه و دۆخەی کە ئێستا لە باشووری کەرکووک خوڵقاندویانە وەک خۆی نامێنێتەوە.
له ‌کۆتایی کۆبوونەوەکەدا فەرماندەی هێزەکانی هاوپەیمانان لە هەرێمی کوردستان هیوای خواست کە کێشە سیاسییەکانی عێراق بە گفتوگۆ و ڕێگە چارەی شیاو چارەسەر بکرێن و هیچ لایەک پەنا نەبەنە بەر شەڕ و تەقەکردن.
هەروەها ڕاشیگەیاند کە ئەوان بە وردی چاودێری دۆخەکە دەکەن و لە هەر پێشهاتێکدا ئاگاداری سەرووی خۆیان دەکەنەوە.
