Artist Aras Osman, also known as Aras Garmyiani, is a resident of the Rzgari township west of Kalar city. He is a painter and has opened five exhibitions in the Kurdistan Region. Painter Aras Osman is different from other painters because he paints with his legs instead of his hands. Artist Aras Osman mostly paints Kurdistan's nature and the misery that has befallen the Kurdish people. He also uses oil paints in his paintings.[1]
