Abdulkarim Mohammed Tofiq, also known as Abduli Hama Jwan, was born on 01-12-1948 in Sulaymaniyah.
He completed his primary, secondary, high school, and teachers' college education in Sulaymaniyah. He was employed as a teacher in 1970. Until 1992, he taught all subjects in schools in Sulaymaniyah, especially in the field of sports.
After the establishment of the Kurdistan Regional Government, he was appointed as the Director of Culture of Sulaymaniyah and retired on 01-12-2011.
He married Ronak Khan in 1970 and has four children: Dana, Tawana, Sozi and Zhuwan.
He entered his artistic life on 14-01-1969 as a theater actor in the play (Decision and Results) and has worked in 76 artistic works in the field of theater, drama, and cinema.
