He was born in 1965 in Halabja.
In 1979, he was a member of the Political Bureau of the Raperin Movement and the Islamic Unity Movement. In 2003, he resigned from the Islamic parties.
- He holds a bachelor's degree in Aqeedah from Imam al-Azam College in Baghdad.
- He has written and translated more than 40 books.
- Participated in several congresses and meetings.[1]
