He was born in 1940 in the village of Ababayli in eastern Halabja. He graduated from Baghdad University in 1970. Since then, he has worked as a teacher in several rural schools in Halabja and Sharazoor He passed away on the night of 23-04-2007 at the age of 67 due to a sudden illness. He was buried in a ceremony with the participation of local personalities and political parties in the cemetery of Ababayli village in eastern Halabja.[1]
