Qubad Talabani (full name: Qubad Jalal Hisamaddin), was born on 21-07-1977. He is a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (OUK) and the son of Jalal Talabani. During the two-administration of Kurdistan in the Green Zone from 2001 to 2003, he was assistant to Prime Minister Barham Salih; He later became the Kurdistan Regional Government's representative in the United States of America. He later served as a minister in the Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan Regional Government. He is currently the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government in the eighth cabinet.

Qubad has spent most of his life in Surrey, which is located south of London, United Kingdom, and is a graduate of the University of Surrey. Before entering politics, he worked in Italian cars and received a bachelor's degree in automotive mechanical engineering in Italy.
