Born: Autumn 1955 in the village of Zyarat on the slopes of Mount Safin in Erbil.
Education: In the academic year: (1962-1963) went to school and completed all three primary, secondary and high school - literature department, in Erbil.
In 1976, he graduated from Erbil Secondary School.

On March 1, 2003, he received his master's degree in modern history from the Department of History, College of Literature, Salahaddin University, Erbil has received.
In 2009, he received his PhD in Modern and Contemporary History from the same university with honors.
$Political, journalistic and academic career:$
* As a result of the outbreak of the September 11, 1961 revolution, he moved to Erbil.
* He started his secondary education.
* He joined the Kurdistan Students Union and later the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
* Participated in the revolution from 1974 to 10-05-1975.
* On November 17, 1976, he was employed in the Ministry of Agriculture, Erbil General Directorate of Agriculture, in Harir township. Until May 2005, he worked in the fields of administration, finance, surveying, media and journalism . . . . During this time, he participated in dozens of committees and was awarded dozens of honors.
* Twice dismissed from the office in 1981 and 1982 due to his refusal to join the military service.
* While studying, he worked as a laborer and blacksmith.
* After the Uprising in February 1992, he started working as a journalist in the newspaper Alai Azadi until the end of 1996, which was an important experience.
* Between 1997-2005, he was the main contributor to the publication of the magazine Agriculture in the Ministry of Agriculture.
* He also worked as a writer and writing director in the newspapers: (Dangi Millet, Yekbun, Rzgari, Nishtiman).
* He has been involved in the magazine of the Kurdistan Union of Journalists since issue (1) until now, as the writing committee, secretary and writing director.
* Since 1992, he has been a member of the Kurdish Writers Union, Erbil Branch.
* He is an active member of the Kurdistan Union of Journalists.
* Member of the International Federation of Journalists.
* Member of Kurdistan Historical Culture Association.
* Member of Kurdistan Teachers Union.
* On: (22-2-2013), his scientific title is Assistant Professor.
* On: (23-2-2019), his scientific title is Professor.
* Since 2009, he has been in charge of the library of the College of Arts.
* In addition, only between the years: (2013-2018), participated in more than (50) fifty scientific committees, the most prominent of which are the committees: (Promotion of College Scientific level, Scientific and Higher Education Committee of History department).
* Supervised (5) master's theses and (1) doctoral thesis and discussed (13) master's theses and doctoral theses.
* He is currently a lecturer in the Department of History, College of Literature, Salahaddin University, Erbil.[1]
