He was born in 1956 in Kani Askan neighborhood of Sulaymaniyah. He graduated from high school. In late 1975 he joined the Kurdistan Marxist-Leninist Organization (Komala).
He became a Peshmerga in 1981 and was arrested in the Red Security Prison of #Sulaymaniyah# from 19-10-1989 to mid-1990. In 1998 he became an officer in the General Security in Sulaymaniyah and is currently a lieutenant in the Sulaymaniyah Customs Police.[1]
