He was born in Sulaymaniyah. He graduated from Sulaymaniyah Institute of Fine Arts. He has been living in the UK for nine years. He holds a bachelor's degree in film writing and directing and is currently pursuing a master's degree in filmmaking in the UK.
The director's latest work is the short film Let's Change, which was produced in the UK this year and screened at the Cannes Film Festival in France.[1]
