Deputy Secretary of the Kurdistan Socialist Democratic Party. He is the Minister of Martyrs and Anfal Victims Affairs of the Kurdistan Regional Government. He was a member of the Kurdistan Parliament for four years on the list of the Kurdistan Social Democratic Party.[1]
