Abdulrahman Osman Fatah Khadr became affiliated with the Kurdistan Democratic Party (#KDP# ) in 1965, and in 1976, he assumed a position within the interim leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (Berlin Conference). In 1977, he assumed the position of the head of the interim leadership for the second region of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).
Biography
Abdulrahman Osman Fatah Khadr, also known as Mulazim Abdulrahman Pedawi, was born in 1946 in the village of Peday, situated in the former Mosul province, which is presently known as Duhok. He successfully finished his elementary education in Peday and pursued his secondary education in the town of Duhok within the Mosul province. In 1968, he was accepted in the Kurdish Department of Baghdad University. Following the collapse of the September Revolution in 1975, he escaped to Iran and found refuge in the Mazandaran province located in northern Iran. On February 2, 1976, he fled from Tehran's Mehrabad airport to the Kingdom of the Netherlands with 32 refugees from South Kurdistan. He has retired as a Lieutenant General and is proficient in Kurdish, Arabic, and Dutch.

Service Record
In 1961, he became a member of the Kurdistan Students Union. However, in 1964, his educational opportunities were taken away by a military court led by Ahmad Saleh Abdi due to his involvement in student protests. Subsequently, in 1965, he aligned himself with the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK). By 1968, he assumed responsibility for a clandestine group of students at Baghdad University. He became a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and enrolled at the Baghdad Military College in 1970. During his time there, he assumed responsibility for the clandestine operations of the KDP within the college. On December 6, 1972, he successfully completed his studies at the Rostamiyah Military College in Baghdad, earning the rank of second lieutenant and obtaining a military bachelor's degree with distinction. In November 1972, he enlisted in the Peshmerga forces and assumed the rank of lieutenant within the first battalion of Zozk. During the September Revolution of 1973, he held the position of commander in the third battalion of the Karadag force, which was part of the Kirkuk force stationed in Sulaimani province. Additionally, in the summer of 1973, he undertook the responsibility of overseeing the military training program at the Kurdistan Students Union summer camp located in Sheikhan, Duhok province. During the period of 1973-1974, he assumed the role of commander for the 3rd Battalion of Kirkuk forces. In 1974, he actively engaged in various confrontations against the Iraqi army in Garmian and Karadag. In September 1974, he played a crucial role in the Battle of Sartiz in Erbil province, where he fought against the Iraqi army. In 1976, he was appointed as a member of the interim leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) during the Berlin Conference. In 1976, he was elected as a member of the Dutch Organization Committee of the Sixth European Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. Subsequently, on February 2, 1977, he departed from the Netherlands to the Federal Republic of Germany, and from there, he proceeded to the Syrian Arab Republic, where he arrived in the liberated areas of South Kurdistan. During the interim leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), he assumed the pseudonym Jabar and corresponded with President Massoud Barzani through letters and reports. On May 5, 1977, he departed from the Syrian Arab Republic to South Kurdistan, accompanied by a contingent of commanders and Peshmergas, and carrying a significant arsenal of weaponry. On November 15, 1977, he attended the gathering of the provisional leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) with the aim of restructuring the Peshmerga forces and revitalizing the organizations. From 1977 to 1979, he served as a member of the provisional leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) during the May Revolution. He subsequently rejoined the Peshmerga forces for a second time and assumed responsibility for overseeing the second region.

In 1977, he assumed the role of the head of the second region within the interim leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). In 1979, he actively participated in the meeting of the interim leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). During the same year, he served as a delegate to the 9th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) held in East Kurdistan. In 1988, he was appointed as the head of the Dutch Organization Committee of the Sixth Branch Committee. Subsequently, in 1991, he was entrusted with the responsibility of leading the Dutch Regional Committee. In the same year, he also became a member of the Sixth European Branch Committee. In 1993, he was honored to represent as a delegate at The 11th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). Likewise, in 1999, he was granted the privilege to attend the 12th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). Lastly, in 2010, he was invited to participate as a delegate at the esteemed 13th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).[1]
