He was sentenced to four months in prison by the Sulaymaniyah court due to a legal dispute, but the court's decision led to a strike by the families and relatives of several civil society organizations in Kalar and Rizgari district. Therefore, the problem was brought to the attention of the Kurdistan Regional Government President and he was released by the President with a special amnesty. On 09-09-2010 he returned to Kalar and was welcomed by a large crowd of the city.[1]
