Azad Lashkari was born in 1970 in #Erbil#, Kurdistan. He has been working in the field of photography fpr years now and he is a graduate of the college of Commerce and has been passionate about taking photos of the beauty of Kurdistan and archiving them and exhibiting them in exhibitions since his youth.
He is currently the secretary of Kurdistan Photographers and photographer of Khabat newspaper and consultant of Taw magazine and photographer of Reuters in Kurdistan. He has won six gold awards inside and outside Kurdistan, in 2006 one of his photos was the awarded the best photo across the world, He has participated in 12 joint exhibitions and 6 exhibitions of his own.[1]
