Due to a legal issue he was sentenced for four months in prison, after the protest of his family and many other organizations in Kalar and Rizgary his case was taken to the president of Kurdistan and on #09-09-2010# a special pardon was issued by the president of Kurdistan and he was released. On his return to Kalar he was very warmly welcomed by a lots of people from that city.[1]
