He was born in 1973.
After 1984, he became a Peshmerga in the ranks of the fourth Garmian Battalion of the Iraqi Communist Party.
In 2004 he became Garmian local administrator of the Kurdistan Communist Party.
He is head of Garmian Welfare Center.[1]
